The Piping Rock Singers will present Old World/New World: Music from Spain, Mexico and Columbia concerts on October 9, 11, and 12 at three different locations in the Houston area. They will perform rarely heard works by José de Cascante, Gutierrez Fernandez Hidalgo, Matheo de Dallo y Lana, Juan Gutiérrez de Padilla and Father Luis de Quiros.

Free admission to the concerts but suggested donations of $20 for the general public and $10 for students and seniors will be accepted.

Future concerts for the 2015-16 season include O Nata Lux on December 4 and 6, 2015; Banchieri Banchetto Due: Barca di Venezia per Padova (Banchieri Banchetto Two: The Boat from Venice to Padua) on February 11, 2016, part of the 4th Annual Houston Early Music Festival; and Travels and Travails: A Renaissance Journey on April 15 and 17, 2016.
